Frequently Asked Questions

An online course degree is similar to taking a degree program on campus. Attending a live instructional course will be similar to attending a lecture but in the comfort of your location.  Our Academy and your course instructor will determine the format for each course and will select the best-suited curriculum and projects for your course or program.

You will need a computer, a high-speed Internet connection, a newer version of a web browser, and access to common tools and software like word processors, email, etc. Some courses may have other software or technology requirements as well. If there are special labs included all you need is to follow your trainer's instruction to log in to our virtual labs.

We are yet to introduce courses with Self-paced learning means you can learn in your own time and schedule. There is no need to complete the assignments and take the courses at the same time as other learners.  The reason why we are choosing live instructional training over self-paced is the alignment of our students to complete and get their certifications on time for their placements or project placements at their respective organizations.

Online learning is not only more effective for students, but it is also better for the environment. Online courses consume 90% less energy and release 85% less CO2 per student than traditional in-person courses, according to the Open University in the United Kingdom. Online learning and multimedia material become more effective instructional tools as a result of this. Individuals and businesses can profit from helping the environment and sticking to their own environmental goals by encouraging and engaging with this form of learning.

The courses are detailed in the course offerings under "Our Courses"  For further information, please contact DIANA ACADEMY for Online Learning.

Fall and spring semester courses will be completed during the stated weeks of the designated term in which they are offered. Before you leap into an online IT training course, be sure to set out enough time for your studies. It can take anywhere from a minimum of two weeks to five months to complete IT training. It all depends on which course you take and how much time you can dedicate to complete each certification. There are certifications that you can complete in 2- 7 days with a dedicated number of hours in a day.

One way you can decrease the time it takes to complete IT exams is by working with other IT professionals. Create a support system so that you can ask questions, form study plans, and stay on track for success. Depending on the training course, you may need to pass multiple exams to gain your certification.

We’ve broken down a few of the most common IT training modules and how long they typically take to complete below. Whether you’re completing a Cyber security, Microsoft, CompTIA, or AWS course, review the following so you can be prepared.

Less than three months

There are a few entry-level courses you can complete quickly to further your IT education. Before moving on straight away to the more advanced classes, consider taking one of these basic courses first. This will give you a solid foundation of IT knowledge in less than 12 weeks. A course like this provides entry-level information relating to security, compliance, basic global infrastructure, and more.

Three months

Many online IT courses require multiple exams to certify. This is why a three-month window is recommended for most of these courses. Entry- to mid-level courses, like the or, provide in-depth learning objectives that require more time to complete. In these fundamental IT courses, you’ll learn important information regarding programming, security, technical skills, and more. Upon completion, you’ll be able to enter the workforce with cutting-edge knowledge and IT expertise.

More than three months

There are a few reasons an IT course could take longer than three months. Setting aside enough time to study so you can pass the exams on the first try is a big factor. Some advanced-level IT courses may also take you more time to complete. Courses like there quire more time and effort compared to other mid-level courses. This is because these types of courses are designed for seasoned professionals or fo individuals with first-hand experience in the industry.

If you do not earn your course certificate within 45 days, your registration will expire and you will need to pay to re-enroll for the course.

Limited availability courses have a fixed schedule, which means you have to complete all your coursework during a specific period. These course offerings are added to your learning program by your program admin (for example, if you’re taking a course that counts toward your school’s semesterly program).

If you’re taking a limited availability course, you won’t have the option to adjust deadlines, switch sessions (for Degree courses), or view public discussion forums. You may also not have a shareable link associated with your peer-graded assignments.

Instructors stay in touch with their Online Learning students in a variety of ways, depending on the course design. Your instructor will explain the best way to reach him or her within the course home pages.

You may communicate with your instructor through discussion groups, bulletin boards, chat rooms, assignment submissions, through email, or through Diana community groups.

For each online course, you may need to complete one or more than one assignments on a topic that will be given to you by the supervisor.

You can do this by adding to it every day until you complete the course. That way you’ll always include info that’s fresh in your mind.

The courses that we offer are specialized courses available for a one-time fee.

To view course prices, you need to register with DIANA ACADEMY and sign in to your account first. Then follow the types of course registration and fees.
