1.Can I download the ppt study material of DDLP(Diana’s Delegate Learning Portal)?

The LMS materials and videos aren’t downloadable. Although, you can access all the study materials and recorded videos after the completion from the portal.

2.Can I take the internship after 2 to 3 months of the course completion?

You can sign up for the internship with us after 2 to 3 months, after the completion of the course. You need to contact the Customer support and they will help you with the link for the specific Internship Session.

3. How do I access my DDLP Account (E-Learning Portal)?

To access your DDLP Account, Please follow the steps:

4. How do I check the batch details and the previous batch recording?

5. How do you assist with placement after the completion of the course?

6. How does the live online teaching model work?

Diana offers courses in live online mode.

Live online teaching model: It means you can attend any face-to-face event at your convenient location and also access all course material and live sessions through the respective portals.

Difference between Self-Paced & Live Online Course: Unlike self-paced courses, with this model, you can ask your questions to the Faculty directly in the live or BootCamp sessions.

Course Design: The courses are designed with busy professionals in mind, so most content can be completed at a time that suits you.

Assignment Submission: Module assignments need to be submitted within weekly deadlines, and for each activity, the deadlines will be clearly indicated.

7.How many attempts I can take for the Certification Exams?  Where do I check if I have cleared the exam?

You can take a maximum of 3 attempts to clear the exam. After the attempt you can check your LMS for the score. You can request for  the certificate after you have cleared the exam using the link:  https://dianaadvancedtechacademy.uk/request-certificate

8.How much time does it takes to access the recordings of the recent lectures?

In general, the recordings get uploaded on the DDLP within 48 hrs of the scheduled lecture. But in case you are not able to get the videos after the stipulated time, please raise your query via mail to techsupport@dianaadvancedtechacademy.uk

We will do our best to update them over the portal as soon as possible.

9. How to get the certificate after I have completed the course?

After the completion of the course, you need to raise a request for the certificate by clicking on the following link:  https://dianaadvancedtechacademy.uk/request-certificate

10. I am not happy with the instructor. What can I do in this aspect?

To maintain the quality of teaching, Diana Academy follows a standard procedure in assigning the instructors. Most of our instructors are from topmost universities , are doctorates and minimum 10 and above experience in the field. But when it comes to learning, everyone follows a different curve. Therefore, there might be the case that some people feel that the trainer is not reliable. It’s acceptable!

 We will take the best action in this regard and you will be updated with the decision within 5 business days.

What matters to us most is your learning. Hence, we will do our best to achieve this goal of ours.

11.  I am not satisfied with the Trainer and his knowledge about the subject. Kindly Process the refund.

You can join another batch of any other trainer for the same course and access the class anytime.

12.  I am unable to find the Recording in my DDLP Portal?

To get access to the recorded videos, kindly follow the steps:

Kindly, follow the above procedure to access the recorded videos of session for 45 days.

13.  I am unable to find the Zoom Links for the scheduled class. Kindly help me with the link!

Please find the below procedure to get the zoom link:

14. I am unable to give exam for the certification. Kindly assist

You can give the exam on only Fridays from 1:30 PM to 5 PM. You will find the exam/quiz/assessment on your specific DDLP Portal.

15. I got the DDLP access but not able to find any course material there. What should I do?

At Diana’s, we strive for the best learning solution for the overall success of our students. If in case, you aren’t able to find the course material at the first instance, it doesn’t mean it’s not working. Instead, it’s done intentionally to attain a better quality of live online training classes. For some courses, the material gets unlocked on weekly basis. This is done to keep up the learning track of the students.

So, don’t worry.

16. I have a question about the course content.

All of the course content is made available to the students via the Diana Delegate Learning Portal.

Material Type: Delegate materials, including course notes, videos, infographics, open-source resources, etc

Academic Questions: Questions related to the course content and assignments should be addressed to the faculty in the next live or BootCamp session.

Administrative / Technical Queries: Diana Academy Customer Support Team is here to assist you with any administrative or technical inquiries.

17.  I won’t be able to join this batch’s lectures. May I switch to the next available batch? How can I do that?

Yes, you can do that. Diana Academy provides you with the complete freedom to switch your batches under certain terms and conditions(You need to inform and mail us beforehand to your Talent event manager 48 hours ). To check the next available batch and enroll yourself in the upcoming one, please mail us at techsupport@dianaadvancedtechacademy.uk

We will do all the needful and will also guide you with the next step.

18. The spelling of my name on the certificate is not correct. What to do now?

Don’t worry. You may fill the certificate request form again and submit your grievance to techsupport@dianaadvancedtechacademy.uk

While re-filling, we suggest you please double-check the spellings and other relevant details. We will issue the correct certificate within a week of the grievance being raised.

19. Will I be provided with the certificate soft copy or hardcopy?
